W dniach 15-19 kwietnia 2024 r. odbyła się druga z trzech zaplanowanych w projekcie mobilności. Partnerzy z Hiszpanii, Niemiec i Polski spotkali się tym razem w Magdeburgu, w Saksonii-Anhalt. Organizatorem wizyty była AGSA https://www.agsa.de/aktuelles.html – stowarzyszenie ponad 40 organizacji działających na rzecz różnorodności oraz integracji nowoczesnej i demokratycznej Europy.
Wizyta w Magdeburgu
Bogaty program wizyty pozwolił na poznanie instytucji goszczącej – jej siedziby, struktury i wybranych projektów. Celem specjalistycznego Centrum Migracji UE Fach- und Servicestelle EU-Migration Sachsen-Anhalt (EUmigra) jest wspieranie wdrażania dyrektywy UE w sprawie równego traktowania i promowania integracji społecznej obywateli UE w Saksonii-Anhalt. Projekt Europa geht weiter promuje edukację i zaangażowanie w Unię Europejską wśród młodzieży i młodych dorosłych w Saksonii-Anhalt. Jest realizowany w ścisłej współpracy z różnymi szkołami regionu. Szczególnie ciekawe było wystąpienie wolontariuszy, którzy, działając w ramach Europejskiego Korpusu Solidarności, zdobywają międzykulturowe doświadczenie edukacyjne i zawodowe w instytucji naszego partnera.
Poznaliśmy również system szkolnictwa, strukturę władz oświatowych i system doskonalenia nauczycieli w Saksonii-Anhalt. Uczestniczyliśmy w spotkaniu z przedstawicielem Landesinstitut für Schulqualität und Lehrerbildung (LISA) – Instytutu Jakości Szkół i Doskonalenia Nauczycieli Saksonii Anhalt. LISA https://lisa.sachsen-anhalt.de/ jako instytucja edukacyjna realizuje swoje różnorodne zadania na zlecenie Ministerstwa Edukacji regionu. Obszary działania instytucji obejmują m.in. kształcenie nauczycieli, doskonalenie nauczycieli i multiplikatorów, rozwój szkół i nauczania, ocenę jakości pracy szkół. Ponadto LISA koordynuje opracowywanie wytycznych ramowych i do nauczania przedmiotów. Odpowiada też za tworzenie programów nauczania oraz opracowanie i ocenę zadań egzaminacyjnych i maturalnych.
Mieliśmy również okazję poznać STEAMowy projekt „MagdeMINT” https://www.magdeburg.de/Wissenschaft-Bildung/Au%C3%9Ferschulische-Angebote/MINT/ finansowany przez Magdeburg, stolicę kraju związkowego Saksonii-Anhalt, mający na celu zainteresowanie dzieci i młodzieży naukami przyrodniczymi i technologią. Partnerami szkół biorących udział w projekcie są m.in. Uniwersytet Otto von Guericke i Wyższa Szkoła Magdeburg-Stendal.
W einewelt haus, miejscu spotkań kulturowych, pracy i nawiązywania kontaktów, wzięliśmy udział w licznych warsztatach, które umożliwiły uczestnikom lepsze poznanie się, integrację, zaprezentowanie swoich obszarów działania i doskonalenie kompetencji językowych. Jednocześnie poznaliśmy techniki szkoleniowe, które wzbogaciły nasz warsztat pracy.
Mieliśmy też przyjemność gościć w trzech szkołach: Dreispachige Internationale Grundschule https://stiftungsgrundschule.de/, Internationales Stiftungsgymnasium https://stiftungsgymnasium.de/ oraz Dr.-Carl-Hermann-Gymnasium https://www.gym-hermann.bildung-lsa.de/. Wizyty pozwoliły nam zaobserwować różne koncepcje edukacji i wychowania przyjęte przez placówki, przyjrzeć się pracy uczniów i nauczycieli oraz organizacji przestrzeni. Naszą uwagę zwróciły przede wszystkim partnerskie relacje między pedagogami, atmosfera pracy i samodzielność oraz samodyscyplina uczniów.
Pobyt w Magdeburgu pozwolił nam również na zanurzenie się w języku i kulturze kraju goszczącego. Zwiedziliśmy miasto, poznaliśmy lokalną kuchnię, tradycje oraz historię Magdeburga. Zwiedziliśmy m.in. katedrę św. Maurycego i św. Katarzyny – miejsce pochówku Ottona I i jeden z najważniejszych zabytków architektury gotyckiej w Niemczech, muzeum katedralne oraz Zieloną Cytadelę – wyjątkowy kompleks mieszkalny w Magdeburgu zaprojektowany przez Friedensreicha Hundertwassera.
To była wyjątkowa podróż, pełna pozytywnych doświadczeń, inspirujących spotkań i nauki. Dziękujemy naszym partnerom za cenne spotkanie.
15-19 April 2024 – Educational visit to Germany
From 15 to 19 April 2024, the second of the three planned mobilities in the project took place. Partners from Spain, Germany and Poland met this time in Magdeburg, Saxony-Anhalt. The visit was organised by AGSA https://www.agsa.de/aktuelles.html, an association of more than 40 organisations working for diversity and the integration of a modern and democratic Europe.
The rich programme of the visit allowed us to visit the host institution’s seat and learn about its structure and selected projects. The aim of The project EU Migration Saxony-Anhalt (EUmigra) is to support the implementation of the EU Directive on equal treatment and promote the social integration of EU citizens in Saxony-Anhalt. The Europa geht weiter project promotes education and engagement with the European Union among young people and young adults in Saxony-Anhalt. It is carried out in close cooperation with various schools in the region. We also met volunteers who, working within the framework of the European Solidarity Corps, are gaining intercultural educational and professional experience at our partner’s institution.
We also learned about the school system, the structure of educational authorities and the teacher training system in Saxony-Anhalt. We attended a meeting with a representative of Landesinstitut für Schulqualität und Lehrerbildung (LISA) – the Institute for School Quality and Teacher Training of Saxony-Anhalt. LISA https://lisa.sachsen-anhalt.de/ as an educational institution carries out its various tasks on behalf of the region’s Ministry of Education. The institution’s areas of activity include, among others, teacher education, teacher and multipliers training, school and teaching development, school quality assessment. In addition, LISA coordinates the development of framework and subject teaching guidelines. It is also responsible for curriculum development and the development and evaluation of examination and matriculation tests.
We also had the opportunity to learn about the STEAM project ‘MagdeMINT’ https://www.magdeburg.de/Wissenschaft-Bildung/Au%C3%9Ferschulische-Angebote/MINT/ funded by Magdeburg, capital of the state of Saxony-Anhalt, which aims to get children and young people interested in natural sciences and technology. Partners of the participating schools include the Otto von Guericke University and the Magdeburg-Stendal University of Applied Sciences.
At einewelt haus, a place for cultural meetings, work and networking, we took part in numerous workshops that enabled participants to get to know each other better, integrate, present their areas of activity and improve their language skills. At the same time, we learnt about training techniques that enriched our workflow.
We also had the pleasure of hosting three schools: Dreispachige Internationale Grundschule https://stiftungsgrundschule.de/, Internationales Stiftungsgymnasium https://stiftungsgymnasium.de/ and Dr.-Carl-Hermann-Gymnasium https://www.gym-hermann.bildung-lsa.de/. The visits allowed us to observe the different concepts of education and upbringing adopted by the institutions, to look at the work of students and teachers and the organisation of the space. Our attention was particularly drawn to the partnerships between educators, the working atmosphere and the independence and self-discipline of the students.
Our stay in Magdeburg also allowed us to immerse ourselves in the language and culture of the host country. We explored the city, learned about local cuisine, traditions and the history of Magdeburg. Among other things, we visited the Cathedral of St Maurice and St Catherine – the burial place of Otto I and one of the most important monuments of Gothic architecture in Germany, the cathedral museum and the Green Citadel – an original residential complex in Magdeburg designed by Friedensreich Hundertwasser.
It was a unique journey, full of positive experiences, inspiring conversations and learning. Dear partners, thank you for the valuable meeting!
